02. How To Redeem

The Redeemables will begin and end at the times specified by MetaBeat (the “Redeem Period”).

Redeem Period begins from the 1st day of the subsequent month following the Closing of Sales.

All purchases must be completed during the Purchase Period. Redeeming eligibility will be recorded via snapshots. For NFTs held in the crypto currency wallets of the NFT distribution host platform, the snapshots will be recorded by the NFT distribution host platform at 23:59:59 on the last day of each month. For NFTs held in personal crypto currency wallets, the snapshots will be recorded by MetaBeat at 23:59:59 on the last day of each month.

The distribution of Redeemables are completed on 15th of the following month after the snapshot recording. The NFT wallet must have valid address during the Redeem Period in order to be eligible for the Redeemables. MetaBeat shall have the sole and final decision regarding timekeeping for address validation for the Redeemables. Normal time rates, if any, charged by the Holders’ Internet service or mobile provider will apply.

(Note: The MetaBeat platform is scheduled to launch in October - November of 2022)

Holder is required to provide complete and truthful information. Wallet information that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, false, lost, late or misdirected, deceptive or otherwise not in compliance with the Official Rules may be disqualified from the Redeemables at MetaBeat's sole and absolute discretion. Wallet information submitted by persons who do not meet the eligibility requirements (including all requirements with respect to age) are void. The use of any scripts, computer programs, robotic repetitive, macro, automatic, programmed or similar automated entry methods or agents to submit wallet information will void all wallet information submitted by that person or that person’s agents. MetaBeat will disqualify any wallet information from individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements. All wallet information submitted in compliance with these Official Rules and not disqualified or void are considered “Eligible Recipients.”

Only one (1) wallet address is permitted per a single NFT. Multiple wallet addresses are not permitted to share redeemables of a single NFT. Any attempt by any person to receive the Redeemables more than one (1) time by using multiple/different wallet addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that holder’s eligibility and that holder may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. MetaBeat and its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors and agents are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected registrations, which will be disqualified.

By claiming the Redeemables, Holder:

(a) agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the interpretation of these Official Rules by MetaBeat and by the decisions of MetaBeat, which are final and binding in all respects; (b) acknowledges compliance with these Official Rules; and (c) agrees to comply with any and all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations.

Receiving the Redeemable Item (defined in 03. Redeemables) is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth in these Official Rules.

REDEEMABLES IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
