05. Potential Holder Verification

The Holders may be required to prove eligibility to the MetaBeat, Redeemable Entities or Third-party Platforms, including, without limitation, proof of age, residence, and identity, which may include submitting a copy of his/her passport or similar government issued identification within five (5) business days after being notified.

The unverified Holder is not official and shall not be confirmed as the Holder until he/she has provided information and completed, signed and returned all documentation required by MetaBeat, in its sole judgment.

If the unverified Holder

(a) cannot be contacted; (b) refuses to accept the Redeemable Item; (c) does not complete or return all forms, documents, certifications and/or releases required by MetaBeat, in its sole discretion, within the time given and/or in the event of non-compliance by the unverified Holder; or (d) of MetaBeat determining, in its sole discretion, that the unverified Holder is not eligible to receive the Redeemables or to win the Redeemable Item, such unverified Holder shall be disqualified and shall forfeit the Redeemable Item, and all privileges otherwise due as a Holder shall be terminated.

Provided that the unverified Holder is in compliance with the Official Rules and after having successfully proven eligibility, the unverified Holder will be officially confirmed as the Holder.
