04. Notification

MetaBeat and the Redeemable Entities reserve the right to make a public announcement, announcing the Holders on either the MetaBeat website or in any manner (including, without limitation, social media (e.g., Facebook, Twitter)), which they deem appropriate. If the Redeemable Item or a Holder notification is returned as undeliverable, the Redeemable Item will be forfeited.
