03. Redeemables

The item(s) for the Redeemables are specified as follows;

• Redeemable Details

i) FANomance Reward Airdrop: Monthly $BEAT token airdrop for all eligible NFT holders based on MAMAMOO's FANomance Index score of music described by MetaBeat pertaining to the NFT

ii) Future FANomance Reward Airdrop: Monthly $BEAT token airdrop for all eligible NFT holders based on FANomance Index score of upcoming MAMAMOO music releases obtained by MetaBeat

iii) MAMAMOO's Exclusive Goods Giveaway: MAMAMOO's Goods Giveaway for limited number of Holders chosen by random winner generators. After the completion of NFT sales, details of the Goods Airdrop (1 or 2 events) including the Goods specifications and # of winners will be announced on MetaBeat platform, website and social media channels.

For Redeemable Type (i) & (ii), the monthly $BEAT token airdrops are rewarded as long as the eligible NFT holder owns it. The FANomance Index, in which the rewards are based on, is a customized index uniquely designed by MetaBeat, based on key criteria of artists and fan community performance. The Index criteria includes:

1. Commitment to Hold & Stake

2. Performance data gathered from social media buzz on artists

3. Performance data gathered from Shout Out Fandom buzz on MetaBeat’s platform

The total approximate retail value of the Redeemable Item is to be determined by the index upon the date of distribution.

If for any reason the Redeemable Item, or any part of the Redeemable Item, is unavailable or there is a delay in receiving the Redeemable Item or a related event is delayed, cancelled or postponed, or for any other reason, MetaBeat reserves the right to modify the Redeemable Item in its sole discretion and award a substitute Redeemable Item, or portion of the Redeemable Item, of comparable or greater value as set forth in these Official Rules. No substitution, transfer, assignment or cash equivalent of the Redeemable Item, or any portion thereof, is permitted by the Holder. MetaBeat and the Redeemable Entities shall have no responsibility or obligation to a Holder who is unable or unavailable to, or who does not for any reason, accept or utilize the Redeemable Item. All costs and expenses not specifically listed above as part of the Redeemable Item are solely the Holder’s responsibility. Holder agrees to comply with any additional terms and conditions applicable for purchasing and holding the NFT. The Redeemable Items are provided “as is”. Holders acknowledge that MetaBeat and the Redeemable Entities have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Redeemable Items, including any implied warranty of merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose. Any Redeemable Items pictured in advertising and other Redeemable materials are for illustrative purposes only.

The value of the Redeemable Item may be taxable to the Holder as income. All federal, state and local tax liability, and any other costs and expenses associated with acceptance or use of the Redeemable Item not specifically provided for in these Official Rules are solely the Holder’s responsibility (regardless of whether the Redeemable Item, in whole or in part, is used).
